Expansion brings Robinson Pharma close to 500,000 sq ft of manufacturing space

Contract manufacturer Robinson Pharma Inc. has completed a manufacturing expansion with a new facility that can house more than 100 workers.

The new facility is about 130,000 square feet in total, and adds about 65,000 square feet of manufacturing space.  The new building is located near Robinson Pharma’s existing facilities in Anaheim, CA.

According to the company, the new facility will house multiple capabilities, including the ability to handle tablet pressing, capsule filling, powder products, and a liquids line. The company says it has invested in the latest production technology, including  a Fette 2200i tablet press, a Bosche GKF3005 capsule machine, and a GHC 170L1 Hi-Coater for coating services. Robinson Pharma says the new addition brings its manufacturing and formulation foot print to 475,000 square feet.

"The constructed building will enable us to further the convenience of our worldwide clientele, and strengthen the efficacy of our internal operations, said Tom Nguyen, CEO of Robinson Pharma.
